CRSF Fundraisers: Overview
Our various fundraisers have raised $92,000.
The Cutten • Ridgewood Student Foundation has held several fundraisers since the foundation was resurrected the spring of 2010. Those fundraising efforts have helped the foundation donated roughly $92,000 in that time. Use the tabs above to see the different events we have held and to see who has helped with those events.
The CRSF board voted to give $10,000 dollars to the Cutten School District for the 2010-2011 budget. After the huge success of all our fundraising efforts of this past year, the CRSF board has voted to give the district $35,000 for the 2011-2012 budget. Our last donation for the 2012-2013 school year was $47,000. These donations have allowed us to keep our music program, instructional assistants, library resources, and computer lab.
The board would like to thank all of the parents, community, and businesses who have helped make all of our fundraising activities successful. Without this support we would not have the opportunity to help reduce the impact of the state's budget cuts on the school district.
Our next fundraiser is our Second Annual Family BBQ.
The event will be held June 4th at the Eureka Moose Lodge. Last year's BBQ was a great time with good food and family oriented activities. Barbecued Oysters provided by Humboldt Bay Oyster Company and Tri-tip provided by Redwood Meat Company made for a delicous meal. We hope to see you there.
